About Lil Sistas

Founded by Carla Manns in 2023, Lil Sisters was established in order to provide children an environment in which they can reach their fullest potential. Her goal is to help develop the next future leaders in the Fox Cities and beyond. Lil Sistas is committed to empowering African Amercan young ladies to acheive their personal goals.
