Empowering Tomorrow: Lil Sistas Future Leaders Group Shaping a Brighter World

The reason why shaping future leaders in important is because our children are screaming to be seen and heard. They are constantly looking for validation and refuse to live without it. As a result they decide that the only way to be seen is through violence. If they recieve support and attention from their parents, teachers, or others they are content however, if they do not then they immediately go to the other extreme. When will we decide when it is appropriate to give them an alternative? When will we lock cabinets, safes and other places that shouldn't allow our kids access so our future leaders can be safe sitting in their classrooms. Be the change!
